ABYSS® Shop Return Policy
Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number prior to any return. In general, unopened sealed product may be returned for refund within 14 days of purchase date. Shipping charges both ways, along with any non-refundable credit card fees, duties and taxes paid, will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Shipping damage must be reported to ABYSS Headphones immediately, and no more than 7 days after receipt of your order. Any delay in reporting damage may limit the scope of your claim with the currier.
OPEN PACKAGE: Every product we sell is brand new. Once the outer wrapper is broken or outer carton opened, the product is considered open stock and subject to return policies outlined below. Any opened return must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and warranty cards. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be packed as it arrived to you, inside an outer shipping carton to protect it's contents. Please do not write or place labels on the manufacturer's packaging.
Specific return policies for any OPEN PACKAGE apply to each category as follows:
ABYSS HEADPHONES: These products contain expensive hand-made components and finishes such as lambskin ear pads and fine materials, and are worn by the user. Once the original package is opened they are considered used. Opened returns may be authorized within 14 days of purchase date, minus a 20% restocking fee, minus shipping charges both ways, minus any non-refundable taxes and duties we paid (if any) to fulfill your order outside the USA.
ABYSS WEARABLES: Replacement ear pads and headbands made specifically for your ABYSS headphone are personal items worn on your head. These items are not returnable.
JPS LABS cables: Returns may be authorized within 14 days of purchase date, minus a 20% restocking fee, minus shipping charges both ways, minus any non-refundable taxes and duties paid (if any) to fulfill your order outside the USA.
ELECTRONICS: Returns may be authorized within 14 days of purchase date, minus a 20% restocking fee, minus shipping charges both ways, minus any non-refundable taxes and duties we paid (if any) to fulfill your order outside of the USA.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Products labeled as such are non-returnable, non-refundable. Once the order is placed your payment method is charged and we must bear all costs upfront associated with acquiring a brand new factory sealed product to fulfill your order.
StackZilla Racks: These are custom made-to-order products. Once the product ships there are no returns, no refunds, no exchanges.
RETURN CREDIT: Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your account. We can only issue a refund to the same credit account you used to pay for the order. We can only refund the original purchase price minus fees as sated above.
Any costs we bear to fulfill your order and for it's return are nonrefundable. This includes non-refundable credit card fees, shipping both ways, as well as replacement cost of ear pads and headband with new, and other costs incurred in the returns process. Any damage to the product or accessories are not included in the fees above and any costs incurred to make as new may also be subtracted from any refund amount.

All returns require a return authorization number (RA#). Email us for this prior to returning. If you are not using a return label supplied by us, be sure to send via traceable method (we recommend UPS or FedEx) to:
